Summer on the Farm VENDORS WANTED
When: Saturday, June 6th, 10 AM-2 PM
Where: May Farms, 64001 E US Highway 36, Byers, CO
Families and community members, we are proud to again bring you SUMMER on the FARM. Experience activities for kids, observe baked goods contests, meet your first responders, and enjoy delicious food.
We have vendor spaces available for Summer on the Farm 2026 at May Farms on Saturday, June 6th. Each booth is $45, with a limit of two booths per vendor. In order to have TWO BOOTHS, you must register for two spaces with the same company name, but you must use two different email addresses. Chamber members pay $30/booth. Nonprofits may register a booth for $15. First responders get both space FREE.
The gates open at 8 AM for vendors, and the event begins at 10, running until 2. Due to the dry weather and higher-than-normal temperatures we are experiencing this year, we encourage all vendors to observe fire restrictions and to consider bringing canopies and weights. Other than approved livestock booths, only service dogs will be allowed. NO PETS for vendors or visitors.
After registering, please check your emails to verify that you have paid for your booth space. We cannot assign booth space to vendors who we show as still needing to make a payment.
